What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use during the 3-year warranty period. During the warranty period, we will replace free of charge products that prove to be defective due to faulty material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What are we doing to fix the problems?
We will replace the parts or entire products free of charge depending on the situation. During the first 180 days, we are responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product and related coverage during transportation to us. Please keep the tracking information as proof of delivery to us.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover any problem caused by damage due to negligence, improper maintenance or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
What do you need to do to claim the warranty?
