Frequently asked questions
Which model suits my location?
That depends on your space, your clients and how many sessions you expect. In a call we'll run the options for you.
How much space do I need?
As a guideline, plan for a room of at least 2 x 3 metres. If your space is smaller, we'll look at the options together. The Pro Bed measures 230 x 127 x 116 cm and can be taken apart thanks to its quick-plug system, so it also fits through a narrow door.
What do I need in terms of power?
The Lite Bed simply plugs into a standard socket. The Core and Pro Bed need a dedicated circuit. We can arrange that for you during installation.
Are delivery and installation included?
For the beds, yes. Delivery, installation and training of your team are included in the price. Studio panels are shipped to your location.
What maintenance is needed?
Almost none. The LEDs last up to 100,000 hours and the bed is easy to clean. You get up to 5 years warranty, including replacement parts.
Which standards does the bed meet?
The bed meets CE, RoHS and EMC standards and is manufactured to ISO standards. It is not a medical device under the MDR.
Can I set the programmes myself?
Yes. You choose from several programmes for different goals and adjust them yourself.
Can I finance or lease?
Yes. We discuss the options during the call and include them in your business case.
