Returns and Refunds
Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We’re here to help! You can quickly and easily initiate an exchange or return by sending an email to support@nuvibody.com with your order number and the reason for return.
RETURN PERIOD
The general return period for Nuvibody products is 120 days, during which the customer may return their package without providing a reason. This period begins when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back within the indicated return period. The return period may vary depending on the product. Always check the product page for the exact return period of the specific item.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All products must be returned to Nuvibody in their original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may refuse your return or charge you for the depreciation of the product. Handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged and ideally insured when returning it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are at your own expense and may vary depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 14 business days. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation notification. Please note that it may take up to 5 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
EXCEPTIONS
Products with damage caused by use are not eligible for return unless they were already damaged or defective upon delivery. Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt for any damages or defects. If you notice any issues, send photos and/or videos of the problem to support@nuvibody.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you fail to report the issue within this time frame, we cannot accept the return of a defective or damaged product.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, products may sometimes get damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this for you. Send an email to support@nuvibody.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. Our customer service team will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What if I want to return my order after the return period has ended?
Be sure to return your order within 120 days before the return period expires. If you miss this deadline, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or receive a voucher. Contact our customer service team for more details.
Warranty Policy
Nuvibody adheres to strict quality standards, and we fully stand behind our products. If you encounter any issues with your product, we will resolve them quickly.
If a product stops working within the warranty period of your product (from the delivery date), we will send you new replacement parts free of charge. If replacing a part does not resolve the issue, we will provide you with a new product.
Before signing for your package, please check that the product is in good condition. If the product is damaged during shipping, you must help us file a negligence claim against the shipping company and return the product to us by refusing to sign for it. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a new one.
DISCLAIMER
If it is determined that the damage to the product was caused by the customer, Nuvibody reserves the right to deny the warranty claim. The warranty is void if the damage is due to abnormal use, neglect, incorrect voltage input, dropping or breaking the product, disassembling the product, etc. Nuvibody reserves the right to refuse repairs or replacements. We are only responsible for issues that are not caused by the customer. If you encounter a problem, please email us first, and we will provide you with instructions. Do not open the product without our permission.
